金属检测机Metal Detector

金属检测探头，配备自产皮带式输送机；当包装袋通过此单元，如袋内含有铁素体或非铁素体，报警灯亮、蜂鸣器响，信号即发送给下游剔除机将不合格袋剔除出包装生产线，同时用户也可选择动作连锁功能：遇金属物时，上游设备停车。

If any metal piece is contained in the filled bags, barrel or boxes, the buzz & indicating light in the local panel shall immediately alarm or send signal to the Sorting Device to reject the incorrect bag out of the Line , & also the unit is interlocked with the other units in the system.

重量复检机Weight Checker

NWWC1200型重量复检机由皮带输送机配备高精度传感器感应包装过后的包装袋重量是否超差额定称量精度范围，如遇不合格袋，检测重量控制仪即将不合格重量产生的信号传递给PLC，PLC即使报警灯亮、蜂鸣器响，通知下游自动剔除机将不合格包装的剔除出包装生产线，单元设备控制盒与系统实现动作联锁。 
结构特点：皮带输送机配重量检测单元
设定精度范围：0～±200g
检测精度：±10g
通过速度：正常16m/分，速度变频可调
种类显示：正常、差额、超额（每包精度、重量、包次、总数均显示，并在显示仪表中掉电保存，带485或RS232C接口，可与DSC终端连接）
输送机尺寸：1200mm(L)*600mm(w)*500mm(H)+100/-200mm

As the filled bags pass through the Weight Checker, the bags over/under weight shall be noticed on signal, the buzz & indicating light alarm & the incorrect signal will be sent immediately to the Bag Sorting Device which rejects the incorrect bag out of the Line.
